El pasado 28 de abril, nuestros alumnos de 4º de ESO acudieron a la Competición de Escalada Intercentros “Proades 2015”, que tuvo lugar en la Factoría Joven de Plasencia.

Sport Day
On Thuesday, 28 April we went to the factory with Raúl and there we were doing many exercises. First we were doing climbing on the rock, then we went to the pavilion and there we were also doing climbing without harness, we accomplish doing different games for example climb to boxes, we went down to the rock, we were taught to tie knots with ropes, we passed a rope trying not to fall down and walk through a cave. It was a fun day and we hope to go next year.

Climbing Competition
The 28th April, 2015, there was a climbing competition in the factory in Plasencia. There were four different high schools, two of them from this city.
Students had to take part in some activities that have to do with this sport, such as climbing with a rope or building a tower with boxes.
We spent a great day with our friends and we lived amazing experiences.
Although we weren´t the winners, we were very happy because Pablo was one of the best participants. Finally some of our friends used the microphone in order to pass funny moments. We would like to repeat the day.

Sport Day
The last Tuesday we went to a place near to the sport centre that is called “Factoria”.
There, we were doing different sports like: climbing with and without harness, rappel, balance exercises, we were doing knots in same ropes. We had to go into a cave with helmet and some of them haven´t got lights and it was more difficult, also we play a game that you have to put ten boxes in vertical and the person that was climb have to be on that.
There were four high schools, each high schools had twenty (more or less) students, the group that had more points win some awards (handmade trophy) and there were there medals too and our friend Pablo Fernández won the gold medal.
It was a fantastic and funny day, but also a little tired.
